Chapter 10

The following morning, Mila, Winter and Willow's houses were raided. It turned out that Mila couldn't live with the guilt of being a witch and told the village chief about their club.

As the girls were being brought over to where the witch trials were held, Winter was crying, Willow was panicking and Mila felt a wave of dread crash down upon her.

The parents of Mila and Willow were in shock to know that their children could potentially be witches.

Each child had a different form of death.

For Mila, she was faced with the water trial. She was dunked into the stream tied to the stool and she survived. Her survival depended on whether the other girls were seen as witches since Mila was the leader.

Since Mila survived she would live to the same fate as Willow.
