A chapter of my 9-11 year old book

"Young Melissa," said her father " I know you want to leave, all of us do. But it's too dangerous. " he said as small four year old Melissa sat on the floor confused. "But daddy, it's sad here and I wanna go to opal or rose or - or-" 

"I know you want to sweetheart. But it's to dangerous to ring the four crystals."

 Her father said as he picked her up and hugged her. She fought her way out of her father's arms and went to bed.
