Deep inside they smolder; old and incompletely burned are these memory pieces.
They spark and sputter Hidden in dark corners, Not felt or seen. Not now anyway.
Fires that once raged" uncontrollable overcoming all reason… Allowed to burn like red tongues of destruction, Consuming everything in their path.
Frightening and deafening the sight and sound Of these fires raging, Until apparently snuffed out by the terror of being consumed… Yet deep inside they still smolder…
