Character profiling

This is how I character profile, just a handy reference for me to cut and paste.

Name: 

Age:

Looks: (Hair, eyes + eyebrows, ethnicity, face shape, facial features, bone structure (on face and body), weight + build (figure shape), height, any additional unique traits, tattoos, piercings, etc.) 

Wearing [?]: (Usual style, is anything different from usual?) 

Creature/alignment (if necessary): Witch, werewolf, evil, good, neutral, etc.  

Personality: Persona (How they appear to be), what they actually are like as a person, as a relative, etc.

Biography: Background about themselves, place of origin, family circumstances, etc. Important information about them (i.e: famous relative, etc) 

Other/extras: Something that makes them unique, allergies, accent, etc.
