Imagine

Imagine

A Poem by Florencia
"

Sit down at an airport for a minute and you'll see what I mean.

"

Imagine.

If every insult ever shed
Was made into a house of lead.
Imagine.

If every tear that we let drop
Somehow nourish every crop.
 Imagine.

If every pang of hunger felt
Conspired to make hatred melt.
Imagine.

If every weakness of the blind
 Replenished hollows of the mind.
Imagine.

If every time we're crushed on tile,
A frown can bloom into a smile.
Imagine.

If in the thunder there is fright,
In the dark there can be light.
Imagine.

Since every precept of the kind
makes us fall one step behind.
Imagine.

If what is not seen
Makes faith grow,
How can they doubt
What we know?

Imagine.
Pause our lives.
Drop our knives.
And said a prayer in silence.
Imagine.

Imagination, I liked how you in different wrods were saying imagine if this was different, and so on. I thought this was a lovely poem, and so true. Great work!
