Gut feeling

Gut feeling

A Poem by Flo
"

feeling it right now

"

I gulp back the tears and hide away

I think again and again, I dont want to stay

I cry and breathe in some air

I can't handle so much despair

I have that gut feeling. . .

I look around, everybody shouts

I still have my mind full of doubts

I dont know what to do

With this and that I am through

I have that gut feeling. . .

I keep rocking back and forth

I keep looking south, west, east and north

I frowned and took a deep breath to relax

but that feeling hurt me to the max

I have that gut feeling

I want it to go, I want it to leave

But it comes and goes and always will decieve

I look down on my scar and sigh

I look up to see the grey blue gloom sky

I have that gut feeling

Although, yes it was quite sad, it was well constructed and written. I think this is quite a universal poem, because everyone has felt this way and conjure up that time, even though that memory may very well be unwanted.

A good write!

Yes this poem is indeed sad, but from different points of views this poem reflects on people as far as memories, thoughts, and inspiration.
This poem is beautiful and going into the library
thanks for the thought provoking poem
