My reflection

My reflection

A Poem by Flower

I stare at my reflection in the mirror,
She glares back at me with pain in her eyes,
"What have you become?", she says, drawing nearer,
"No one cares, for you are the one whom always dies"

"You're right", I said as she continues to speak,
"Of course I'm right, I am useless, I am you"
I stroke my face; she strokes hers, what vile physiques
"You should just give up now, for this is your cue"

Tears roll down her face as she stares straight at me,
Slowly, her gaze wonders to look at my hand,
I am really going to do this, how can it be?
"Shut up!", my reflection screamed, "We have this planned!"

My tight fist slowly discloses an object,
A metal blade is revealed to both of us,
"There's no turning back now, everything's perfect",
My reflection says, "Nothing left to discuss".

Nobody could hear the loud screams from my room,
Nobody had found me until it was too late,
I was left alone to my immanent doom,
Who really cared that much? For this was my fate.

It's seems easy to end it all... like a dream come true ...easy way out.... but if it was answer to all questions wouldn't death be everyone's answer...
But living on finding some light even in darkness that's what matters....even if no one cares.... just close your eyes and know that your life is worth a lot more than death.... poems are not born out of no where ....so I feel the pain in this... wishing you to find sunshine soon...
