that spends her day

trying to capture faces

but hiding her own?

who is regarded as nice

generally, because she

prefers the silence?

 

what do you call a girl

who goes off the rails

with anyone that shows

the slightest bit of friendship?

 

what do you call the girl

with moonbeam eyes

simply tolerating her life

from behind a screen?

Melancholy but nice - something many of us can understand. We can all be hypocritical and backward when we are sad, which can be a lot of the time. I loved this though and the repetition of what do you call a girl really emphasised the message within the poem that some people can't be classified.
