You Let Him WinA Poem by FelissaA poem about the stupidity of Suicide
A pain in the body leads to a pain in the chest. A hunger never satisfied, hush can you hear it? Ripping away at flesh. It’s like ripping threw paper oh it slides so smooth. The crimson blood colliding with the forgotten cloth, push down can you feel it seeping threw? You’re trembling now, you don’t want this, but it’s too late you have chosen your fate. An eternity in darkness....life wasn’t so bad now is it? Life was heaven compared to this. Now you’re empty alone and not even the blade satisfies the numb body, your blood doesn’t even release that adrenalin anymore. Have you guessed you’re dead? In Hell. Think back again was life that bad? Guess not, but you’ve done what you wanted. You took your life believing you’d fine salvation, were you are far from that. You left Earth with the thought that no one cared. Now lie down and close your eyes; your fate had been sealed. Hush don’t fight don’t resist you’ve lost. The Devil has won and threw his sickening claws he holds your soul laughing. All your hopes and dreams are gone even if they where small. The emptiness takes over as you watch the Devil devour your once white soul. The sad thing is you let him win with out a fight. Now you’ll suffer forever. © 2009 Felissa |
