DESTINED FOR GREATNESS

Destiny is defined as the hidden power that holds and controls the fundamentals of one's future ( Horseman 2012) or
one's future events or fate, and let's talk about greatness, Greatness is defined as the glory , that one owns through a successful. Meaningful, productive and progressive life.

So this book is going to help someone who is struggling or feeling challenged with feelings like they are at the verge of extinction who are about to lose their hope. Who are about to lose their trust. Who are about to lose their purpose for their lives.

We're going to cover different aspects. How do you get to be destined for greatness? How do you take control of your life, how do you take control and charge over your potential? So in this book, we're going to be covering topics such as self realization.
Self actualization,fruitful and meaningful associations.Marketing.And the art of presentation.

I hope this book will transform someone's life.So let's go and dive into the book.

SELF-REALISATION & YOUR POTENTIAL

Many times we face challenges because we are humans. That's right!, because we are humans. We are on Earth , where problems are meant to be met and faced, but there is one thing that is in common. We are set to achieve greatness. We are set to overcome them!.

So what is really self- realisation?.Self-realization is the fulfilment of one's potential , who they are and what they can do.How do you realize your potential or who you are as a being?. You start by accepting who you are, that is your character and personality , be proud of yourself, gain confidence or esteem in yourself .

In 2012.I remember I tried to do poetic events during my junior High School days and my brother was not sure if i was ready for such a big audience.I love him so much Mr Ashlee Daryl Nyere. This was the beginning of greatness , his " little doubt" discovered the great Motivational author and Orator of the 21st century.

He was ashamed that I was going to embarrass him at the school assembly point in front of 1000 students.
But I had courage to dig down myself and reach for the inner man , that voice that is always telling us what our instincts are telling us, is the right thing to do. I knew I was supposed to present something. I knew I had the fire burning inside of me.

But I didn't just have the skill. I didn't just have the right tools.But I had faith in myself, so I stood there and I delivered. I would not lie to you, I was scared initially because I had not mastered the whole poem because in our area we were facing power outages, but I managed to deliver instead, engulfed in my confidence.

A poem was delivered , as i delivered it , i witnessed how i presented body gestures natuarally , and in the meantime, as I was delivering the poem, I was forgetting other words.And you can imagine how it felt , but i soldiered on till finish.

The students reacted in a mockery way But then I wasn't worried. I was never bothered, Because I knew I was destined for greatness. In addition, you realize yourself by spending quality time with yourself? You must have your own quiet time.

That is called a "me time".In this time Stay away from noisy environments. Stay away from the daily busy world.
Try to listen to yourself, but this time , not from the outside,But from the inside.There is a voice,a still small voice that is telling you you must do this. You must do that! take heed to it!

And deep down yourself, you know, you can do it.If you find yourself, you like dancing, do it.If you find yourself, you like singing, do it.

If you like strolling or if you like innovation , do it.If you like making gadgets, fixing gadgets. Do it because that's where your gift lies.

And ladies and gentlemen.When you realize.Your true potential and when you realize yourself or discover yourself.
You become unstoppable and I tell you.There is no greater discovery than discovering yourself.
Being free in this World, a busy World
Is a gift.So there was a lady I met back in 2017.Her name became to be known as mai ( Ms) Dovi, she was an orphan.
Being raised by a grandmother who was single, a single parent,And she also had to take care of her little two sisters.Regardless of the fact that she was still a young adult who needed to enjoy her life , she became a deputy parent and Breadwinner.

There's one thing that shocked me and amazed me about this lady.The way she desired to prepare herself for greatness working industrially 24/7 and kept at it for a lifetime. She invented a local brand of peanut butter that she she gave a native name " mai Dovi". In such a community such as Zimbabwe, where inventions is a hard process, she discovered herself, an entrepreneur. All the desires and purposes, she had and managed to pick her worth.

She found herself, that she was meant to be an entrepreneur.These things just don't happen overnight.These things take time.

In the meantime.In the quiet time.That's where all the magic happens.The magic happens because we let it be, how do you create a conducive environment for the meantime or quiet time?.

Spend more time.With yourself.Be it in the park, find a place that works for you. And in that time grab a notebook and a pen. Always remember if you want to make a change in your life, it all starts with a book and a pen.

Write your goals down.Write what you want to achieve at the end of the day, write what you want to achieve at the end of the week, write what you want to achieve at the end of the month and if you follow them step by step, you see your life transform. It will surely transform if you write your vision down.

I am not different from you.You will read this book with my name Leonard Nyere.It's not because i was different or from another planet , or that i was a rare race neither
I am different or i'm special.We are all special because we are all made the same way in the same image,the same mechanisms. We are the same!

Write down your goals every day because I always wrote down my goals.Before I have something, I see it on the paper.

Let me remind, you back to our definition of destined for greatness. It is the hidden power, the hidden belief that controls future events. So before you can see the hidden power, it cannot manifest into reality.

So in the self realization time, or the "me time", make use of it.Write down your goals, write what want , what you want to achieve and follow step by step, that is still self-displayed. If you know it's , it instills self discipline or if you not good at self-discipline, find someone who is better at self discipline so that they can be there to watch for you when you run out of your way, they will call you back into your desired way. Find a mentor, someone who is better at keeping track of goals than you are.

Remember, There can only be one, successful person and that person is you. I know you've been troubled and i know you have probably lost your parents. I know you've probably lost your job. But it's not the end of the world.

There is no challenge that does not have a solution just like we are in a classroom. Imagine a student who is sitting in an examination not knowing they have the answers , that would be a total disaster. Know your worth.

You are set there in the exam room because they believe you have the answers to everything. That's why they give you everything.

And all the questions list awaits because they believe in you, that you are the marking scheme. So there's no question without a solution of its kind . There's no problem without a solution.

There is a solution for your job. There is a solution for a failed marriage. There is a solution for your failed company or entrepreneurship.

There is always an answer because I do believe in the creator. I do believe in God. I do believe in the creator that the creator does not set challenges or obstacles that we cannot overcome.

For all great people to succeed, they face challenges, me included.I remember that time I wanted to move to South Africa.

In 2018.I did not have enough money for travelling fee.The bus ticket was at R700 (ZAR) and I didn't have enough.

Just then, I learned that I could not go to university.Because it had been my desire to go and further my studies and pursue a bachelor's degree in environmental science.

But I did not have the money.I could not blame anybody.Because all my cousins had provided what they had and they couldn't do it anymore.

So I told myself.There is going to be only one goal.With all the motivation and the inspiration that I had inspired the world around me. I was going to cross over to South Africa.

I had learned that there are job vacancies.So I decided to go to South Africa.And I called my brother Ashley, who was in Mozambique, where he was hustling as an Agricultural Horticulture farmer.

And I asked him If he could lend me some money.. So he gave me $100, in United States dollars.So that i could go to South Africa, Capetown . So I went to South Africa but I didn't have enough money. On the way the driver told me they were not going to drop me at the final destination since I had not paid for a full trip. It was heartbreaking , but rather just before the destination, Pretoria.

I had to spend the night in Pretoria at Bosman station. I did not know anyone. So i set inside the bus waiting room, as i ponder on where i could put my head to sleep in a foreign nation, the first day. Time passed and there came in a middle aged , youngman who was a trash picker, i heard a small voice inside me directing me to talk to that young man. I told him about my attrocities and how i had come to South Africa and he helped and offered me a place to sleep under the bridge. He was a society outcast, but he was the most valuable asset i had and he kept me safe until the next, safe day . He taught me and said " Leonard i might look dirty its because my parents passed and i didn't have home so i charge you , go bring hope to such people as me , what the heart believes, it Receives". I was astonished, i never expected such wise words from a guy like him, but he had managed to discover who i was, a motivational author and Inspiration of the world. Though I didn't have enough food and I did not have any money with me. I fought my way ,
because of my strong desire to go to Cape Town.I kept faith, and suddenly my cousin, Tapiwa Nyere, called me and bought a bus ticket from Pretoria to Cape Town in.

So the following morning i boarded a bus to Capetown .I reached Cape Town, even though i didn't have enough money, I had faith.So the more you realize your potential. The more you realize yourself and you will discover that anything is possible you can do absolutely all things. So I'm telling you right now.

Never have doubt in yourself, probably you doubt your potential, probably you doubt yourself or your goal because you're looking at a small money or small capital. You are doubting that you are not going to make it. Soldier on champion ! Believe in yourself! That business will turn around if you start, just start.

Maybe you are a student in an examination, and you are scared because you did not study enough, stop worrying believe you are a success and you will achieve excellent results. I am here to tell you that you are a success and you have been chosen. I always tell everyone wherever I go and present at various functions and meetings.

When I deliver speeches i always tell people that they are blessed to be a blessing.In the sense that anything is possible. If you believe, you will receive what you believe you have or you are, just believe it and you will own it!

So as I round up on this topic of self realization. I'm just telling you believe it, believe you can, believe you will and believe you can achieve it and finally you achieve it.


CHAPTER TWO : FRUITFUL ASSOCIATION

Fruitful Association refers to the circles of influence in which one is attached to. It is without doubt that if you attach yourself with school dropouts, you are likely to become a school dropout too , because for people to be related , there must be a sense of commonality. Thats how the English proverb goes " birds of the same feathers flock together". Make yourself valuable, walk away from people who drain your energy , walk away from places where you do not see development. Yield for yourself, a circle where you can turn whatever profitable idea into a successful innovation. Such circles will make you a respected man , there is honor in being succesful , try it. When i was in High School i had a very terrible friend , he would plan for us to go into supermarkets and steal local biscuits , once or twice after school classes. It was until i was caught in the act that i was brutally assaulted and publicly humiliated to walk in the street covered in filth, expired maizemeal cream. I realised i had deprived myself of better friends, i was being humilated, putting my family name to shame. For all these years that i was friend with him , his name was Blessed, i always scored low marks in class until i got rid of him and i befriend Oliver. Oliver was an enthusiastic boy, intelligent and focused. After a few months , i started to see my marks fluctuating around the pass rate percentages. So i realised the power of associations, never be in a room in which you are the highest intellect, the best businessman, be where you can learn , where you are challenged. These are the fruiful associations you must find yourself in.
So i charge you today, go and make better friends, who are focused and determined , and you will achieve greatness, that is my goal for you!

MARKETING

Marketing is a network of opportunities that you create to promote a commodity or trade. So if you are a Graphic Designer , Singer, businessman etc, find a marketing platform, where you promote your products or your services. Over the years technological gurus have developed platforms such as Facebook, Shopfy or Instagram , where people can promote their services. Go with the trend of technology, never ignore technology if you want to fulfil your destiny. Stay up to date with world information and News.

In addition, register your business with Google Business, all you need is Internet data to do this. So there is no excuse to achieve your greatness. Remembers winners never quit, it may be hard along the way, but never lose hope. I believe in you!


ART OF PRESENTATION

Art of presentation is the manner in which you would like the people around you, depict you. There is always a saying that goes " dress as you will be addressed". The world we live in is guided more by what we see, the way you present yourself is very important. You can not expect to go and meet the President of America Mr Biden wearing a "morning gown", he will not take you seriously, regardless of the fact that you might have very vital information to deliver, just because you did not present yourself , the way that would appease him, you definitely get sucked away.

So presentation is important, when you are doing business, be clean and presentable, so that your colleagues or even investors will be amused by the way you dress. The way you dress is closest to the way your " brains is dressed". Make your environment conducive, not only must you present yourself in clean fashion, make sure you cultivate your thinking every time , through reading books and great people who have made it in this life. When i was in my final year in High School, i met someone who inspired me, an African Lawyer who is based in the United Kingdom, Mr Arthur Gwagwa, he taught me to remain humble, given the spectrum of his workforce in the Artificial intelligence and his net worth, i would be damned to think that i was fit to have his attention given the way he dresses when he delivers his speeches, he has travelled around the world and i asked him to feature his name in my first book , and i finally made it , because i listened to him , so i charge you today, if you read this book and put each and every word that i have just wrote to you into practise, you will have endless possibilities .Remember , you are destinied for greatness, go and make it Happen.
