A warning and a promise

This devilish angel is no fool
Admittedly it may be cruel
This game I now play
Contemplating when I will walk away

I now have you wrapped around my finger
Knowing that with you I will not linger
I told you from the start I would not stay
Though I enjoy your passionate embrace today

I chose you with my own intention
For now you do have my attention
Yet I promise that you will become broken
My truth has already been spoken

I will enjoy this thrilling ride
But it'd be best for you my words to abide
Listen to me and fully understand
That I will walk away with your heart in my hand
