Strangled words caught in my throat
Constricting my already shattered life
as the truth slaps me in the face again
I choke on the lies you feed me
Hiding behind three words
not knowing what's true anymore
Tired of biting my tongue
Time for you to face your reality
Stop hiding behind my niceties 
I let it all hang out for you to see
what you have really done to me
Insanity seeps out of every pore 
as red hot anger eats me up inside
No longer will I swallow the bullshit you feed me
Lets lay it all on the line
You no longer know the difference between
fantasy and harsh reality
