Death Would be Better

Death Would be Better

A Poem by Firequeen

Rake me over the coals one last time
reopen my already bleeding wounds
bury my face in all that I have done wrong
as all my fear boils back up to the surface
My blood runs cold from the ice in your veins
You laugh as I plead for you to let me be
I beg for you to end this
For death would be better then this hell
