The difference

As I peer through the bars
of this man made prison
My freedom just beyond the metal & glass
This room my captive
Seems to grow smaller 
with each passing day
Time ticking away from me
Fear growing inside of me
with every tick tock of the clock
The scenes of my past
pulling me down
till I cant tell the difference
between sanity or insanity
