Colored Handprints

This was written for my three babys

Yellow, reds and greens
Such beautiful colors are these
My baby's leave me their art
with a smile and a kiss before they part
their blue and green eyes smile upon me
as I gaze down on the pretty butterflies and trees
I am filled with a mothers pride
These tears I can not hide
Their colored hand prints left upon my heart
