It's Not My Problem

It's Not My Problem

A Poem by Tazdevil

Look around, can you see why we are all suffering

Life has become a singular journey

Compassion, love, emotion, trust and  honesty

Are all just words

We live our lives only for ourselves

Not caring about others

We have lost the fundamentals that make us human

We watch as forests burn

Children starve

People kill each other

We see people at our windows and lie

How do we expect our children to learn if we don’t teach them?

I used to laugh at all those people who used to fight for trees and the earth

Now when I look all I see is the destruction we created.

BUT DON’T WORRY WE DON’T HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT.

Our children do.

so true and so very sad, looking at it now the "tree huggers" had a point i only hope there is still time for the lesson to have effect. as to teaching our children we teach what we have learned, it is that simple but the consequences are far reaching.

a really good write!!

Blessed be
Fallon
