Just Peace

Just Peace

A Poem by Jessica

Don't want any trouble.
Don't want any fights.

Don't want any lies.

Just want to be nice

Don't want to argue.

Don't want to cry.

Just want some peace,

but you wont comply.

Give me a reason,

give me a sign,

just be my friend.

I don't want you as mine.

I'd love to laugh.

I'd love to smile.

But because of this,

I haven't for a while.

So take my apology.

Don't think it's a lie.

Be my friend, nothing more

and please don't say goodbye.

Great job Jess!! The rhyming scheme works very well, and the message? I fully understand. I'm going to send some read requests out on this because it's wonderful!
