I aM a MeSs

A Poem by Jessica

There's no excuse
for my actions
and I know
I am a mess

yell and scream
cry and sob
and I admit
I am a mess

The pain in my back
The throbbing of my head
They all tell me
I am a mess

A b***h
A freak
A depression
I am a mess

HAHA! I LUV IT......

Posted 15 Years Ago

Hello Jessica. Now, at a first reading, this poem seems just like some typical teen, either letting off steam or having a tantrum. But, this is not always just one of those "growing-up" kind of issues. In this case, I see a young woman who does not think that she is a good as she could, or should be? I reckon, I''m along the right line of thinking, here?
