Love song

Love song

A Poem by Sane Betwixt

Little bird, the songs I have heard

The songs that you sing in the night

Without a word, my soul you have stirred

And filled to the brim with delight

This is simply beautiful - literally :) such an easy-going subject matter...it's odd that it pulls forwards a verse I wrote, about birds. I hope you don't mind, I'll post it below:
I like to walk
Don't like to run
I saw the hawk
And heard the gun
The bang was loud
My head - it hurts
A bird so proud

Dead, in the dirt.
