When you were there,

When you were there,

A Poem by Fin Buckley

I didn’t hate

How the sun shined for us.

I enjoyed the water’s reflection

Even though I loathed the ocean.

I smiled brighter

Than I did with anyone else.

I didn’t miss you

Like I do now.
