You guide me along the sweetest path...

              taking my hand and leading me...

                  To the brink of existence...

                          to that place I wish to remain...

       You hold me out there over the edge...

                            hanging by a mere thread...

            Drawing me back slowly.... sweetly.....gently...

                    your whisper...reminding me where I need to be...

                    ~ 

                There I rest in the calm of your spirit...

                                in the peace you have created...

                                ~ 

Lost to all else that surrounds me...

          only you and I here in the now...

          ~ 

               Savoring the sweetness of your being...

                           drifting in the love you give...
