The Light

The Light

A Poem by Fia Naturie

I allowed you to take liberties

For your own comfortability

As I realize what I had seen

Was someone,who is in between.

Between, this world and the next,

Clawing my way out with “life” nets.

I refuse to receive a scar

Because my body has enough of its own

I do not need to see more of who you are

Because my soul is my own

Reveling in your debauchery

Revealing the conspiracy

Not seeing what I see

Not accepting the words that flows freely

I must be the understanding one

I must be that light

I must be the one that guides

The other out of the night.

Who decided it was me to have this task

I know, it was not I who asked

Protected and guided by angels with no wings

Helping me through alot of my own dark things

Believe it or not the light often goes out

Leaving behind darkness of the past

 They want out

A match is struck,to light me again

Follow my light, till the end.
