“You’re not really going to do this, are you?” Angie asked in disbelief, long after the guys went back to River Creek, and Angie and Emma were back in their room.

“Of course I am!” Emma responded cheerfully.

“It just seems so…immature.” She said, shooting a worried look at her dark-eyed friend.

“Is this immature?” Emma asked holding out a tiny doodle of Jake with a knife stabbed into his head.

“It’s the cover of my book.” She smiled.

“Ok…that’s going to lead me to believe that you need extensive help.” Angie reasoned.

“Yeah, well.” She mumbled then began writing away at her new-found journal.

“What’s number 2?” Angie couldn’t help asking- this was kinda amusing.

Emma’s lips curved into a smile as she handed Angie her journal.

“Number 2.” Angie read aloud. “There is a section of the local grocery store that sells pepper. Put some type of deadly fluid in the pepper, and if Jake ever looks at me, shake the poisonous pepper into his eyes.”
Angie looked at it for a minute then looked back up at her smiling friend “Weird.”

Emma gave a heavy sigh. “Well, you don’t know anything about this, Angie. Your love life is perfect.” Angie gave a snort of laughter and was about to object when she was interrupted.

“Aha! I just thought of another one! Want to hear it?” The peppy teen squealed.
“Ok…”

“Ok, ok, you know how Jake has all this hair product crap?” She said.
“Yeah…”
“Well.” She said jolting down the idea that came to her head, reading it aloud. “Jake has lots of hair product junk, so, you get bright yellow hair dye and mix it in with all his other hair product stuff and the next morning when he puts it on, his hair will be yellow! So, either he’ll commit suicide, OR you buy a hair-dye that can’t be washed out so it’s permanent.” She said with confidence as big as, well…Jake’s.

But Angie was already fast asleep; Emma worked on some more until she fell asleep too.

The next morning, a flurry of raven hair rushed out and slammed down her journal on the breakfast table saying “I got to number 8.”

“Read it.” Sheridan demanded.

“Ok, there is a shop a little bit down the road, it’s called “Thrift mania” Make sure you see the worker named Nick, he’s against people with white-blonde, because his dad had that color hair, and his dad was abusive towards him, so, since Jake has white-blonde hair, get Nick to hunt him down and kill him.” Emma said, proudly.

“Emma, girl, your starting to scare me…” Layla said, slowly putting down her orange juice.
