The Brides of Count DraculaA Poem by Feral~CoyoteWell, this is the production of my boredom after watching Van Helsing. Its Free Verse. The Brides of Count
Dracula.
Under the moon a shadow stalked, No
hint of smile upon his face His
clothing black, his lips deep red, And
black eyes, long since dead. He
strode with long slow strides, Silent,
stalking, unseen by all but us, We
stumbled out the night club in a drunken haze, Little
dresses cling to us, Tempting
men, But
none like him.
We
watched with anticipation, As
he stalked the drunken man With
one swift move, the stranger fell, It
was like someone rang the dinner bell. We
gasped with awed delight, As canines became ferocious fangs And
pierced the soft skin of the man’s neck, He
drained the body free of blood, And
licked his luscious lips. Pitch
eyes meet ours, Smile
forming on his face,
“Your
names?” he asks, And
like puppets on strings we answer. Marishka
Aleera
Verona It
was like we had another persona, We
fell for him hard and fast, As
young girls tend to do, His
dark eyes, blood stained lips, cold thoughts He
could not love,
And
yet we stayed, We
stayed in his undead ‘cursed’ life In
his home, In
his head, All
three of us in his bed Where
his cold hands explore us, Bruise
us, Kiss
us, Takes
us roughly for his desire, Rips
our clothing, Trails
his tongue over our pale skin, And
we scream with pleasure.
Then
one dusk, he calls us from our chores, We
stop our cleaning, our cooking, We
come when our master calls. “You’ll
be mine, forever” he says as he takes us, And
gives us what we want, Passion,
excitement, Pleasure
Fangs
piercing our delicate throats, Icy
stab, heart stops, Blood
stops pumping, Is
replaced with him, His
power We
are the Brides of Dracula, His
most faithful servants, Bound
by blood, To our master, Count Dracula © 2012 Feral~CoyoteAuthor's Note
