Hail Skaði

Hail Skaði

A Poem by The White Raven
"

To the Lady of the Frost.

"

Hail Skaði!

High upon your mountain home

where wolves freely roam.

Hail Skaði!

The wind in your hair,

snowy white, divine and fair.

Hail Skaði!

Wolven heart, the howling moon

cries your feral croon.

Hail Skaði!

Winter soul, black as night,

showered in the northern lights.

Hail Skaði!

Who refused the fairest seas

and chose; cold, but free.
