BeforeA Poem by Fay SlimmBefore. I have walked here before. When or how I do not know but the feel of this place, grass-edged and daisyed resonates deep within my core. I have lain here before. How long ago I cannot tell but just when your head turned some time-caught veil fell then with our eye contact I saw. I have been yours before. And know now I will be again for death's spiteful claws will not drown love in painful solo for what fate records it restores. © 2022 Fay SlimmReviews
