Her CallA Poem by Fay SlimmA tale of the changes the tide makes. Her Call. Addictive more than bars of gold the ocean's saline motion. From liquid glass to boiling foam, moody sea can gentle be, or scream out commands with an orchestral restlessness. She drowns attempts to flee as savageness needs mastery. Neptune's tide-wife skirts the coast trying mild and harsh alike. Her slick performance frights all but wary young watchers who dare. She intends to dance as only can high-sea bent on wild spree. Waves on needless whim grow a tempo of change ever bolder as pull of new moon sets up the motion. © 2022 Fay SlimmReviews
