Bullet

Bullet

A Poem by emerald.

It's a poem/lyric thingy. Enjoy.

Dedication, Liberation, I think I just need some medication

Or maybe the world is just suffocating

Yeah, the doctor said that I don't have my head screwed on the right way

It's like my mind is on display

Revision of the superstition; make believe the words I want to say

But it doesn't matter now does it? When all you hear is what you want to hear

The void is filled with the regretted

You're the bullet hole that's imbedded

Into my head

Yeah, my head's infested

With the thoughts of you

I just want to run away, and let my childhood play

I want you to fade again, to keep my fears at bay

Pause; Rewind; Lets go back in time

I'll take all of you in

To let your face sink under my skin

Just like a needle and pin

My mouth is stitched up again

The void is filled with the regretted

Did you hear what I said?

I said, Self destruction is where I am headed

All because my mind's infested

Yeah, it's infested

With the regret of ever loving you

Pause; Rewind; Lets go back in time

Uh, wow. Yeah, actually posting something of mine in here. Really don't want to, but this is just to keep it from looking bare. I'll eventually post more stuff, like my roleplay.
Aha, one day.

I like your rhythm. I also enjoyed the way you play with words. I'm a big of words and the way people can make them mean more then their definition. You give the text life, and I find that refreshing. Thanx for writing.
