self esteem destruction scheme, nightmare american dream
values recalculated, economy devastated, silent slaves
penance to the commercial television priesthood
damnation to the thrifter, shame upon he who saves
broke? well then borrow. diamond poverty, full gleam

i wanted to create my own form and rhyme scheme, so i went with this 1,5 and 2,4, threading the threes together in one "hood". :D ᏩᏙ, ᎣᎩᎾᎵᎢ. Wa-do, O-gi-na-li'i! (cherokee for 'thanks, my friend'.)
