was lost, but now i'm found, walking old glasscock ground
up over the slate, and through the mud, past the electric
wallered out and stinkin blue, like glue, up on moss brown

heard that report from levelwood direction, it's a thirty alt
blackberries thick as cow-flies, i'm feeling eclectic
on to ginseng at the forks of otter with my block of salt

over to McDougal, and on down to the serpentine Nolin
back across to the ancient fort at Gaddy Ford, get hectic
ride the wave back down below the yellowbanks with the Rollin'

now at the big bone, to the rising sun, we close the triangle
such splendor within, heavenly eighty four, route angelic
timber mainly trashed, just acres of wood-lap, tangle and mangle

was found but I got lost, compass buried under ceremony mound
back woods and loving it, no coverage, just free, past the electric
tuckered out and dragging shoe, i'm through, headin off moss brown
