May be you're thinking

I still love you, Let me know you that I don't.

Want me to care? Well, I won't.

May be you're thinking

I'm still holding on to something.

May be you're thinking I'll come back to you, but I ain't ever.

Letting me down,

you left me alone forever.

I was sorry for my mistake,

Begged for the second chance,

Ignoring me on the street, you didn't let your mercy enhance.

I followed you like a dog for the bone,

you kicked me down and left me all alone.

May be one day you'll realize you should've give me second chance, and now you won't be able to see the glimpse of my glans.

This poem certainly caught my attention. It's heartfelt, emotional and bitter-sweet and you captured the sad part of being in love quite effectively and accurately. It's a very good poem. :)

I suggest you edit this as there are a number of grammar problems and spelling errors throughout the poem. Also the last line in your first stanza doesn't make much sense. But besides the grammar and spelling errors I can find nothing bad about this poem.

One last thing: Did you mean to write "glans"? Or did you mean "Glance"?

Overall, it's a good poem and I enjoyed reading it. :)

Just make sure to carefully read your poems a couple times so you can correct any mistakes you make. I almost always read it several times over just to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. ;)
