Despondency

Despondency

A Poem by Farblade
"

I was quite sad when I wrote this. There was a conflict between my family and I, about my beliefs. After the hopeless argument, this came into being.

"

Lay the flowers on the grave.
The time long gone, nothing to save.
All once here now has to fade.
Count the tears all in your eyes.
Things so different, nothing new.
It'll never again be same to you.
The patience had, its just too few.
All is lost, what a suprise.
Thoughts at once were very pretty.
Not that your life was just a pity.
Sleep here in this darkened city.
Change is here, its not disguised.
You thought your life was just so great.
But laugh and smile alongside Fate.
It's all just pain, can't you wait?
Shed those tears, remove those lies.
Travel deep within this darken gloom.
Built so grand, its called a tomb.
Who would have thought it was your room?
Curl up softly, and say goodbyes.
