Writers Block

A Poem by Rece Fantoma
"

To cure writers block, write about it.

"
Be gone, ravager of dreams!
Listless wanderer through the tides of my threshold
I cast you out deceiver, hateful, unseelie thing.
Release my muse that she might fly
Unleash the steadfast twist of my penmanship
Loose it from this disdainful hesitancy
This mummers farce of literacy.
If I am bound to adversity...
Let it at least bear fruit!
I am the plow of unripe potential
I am the scythe of rotten hope.
Dead in. Dead out.
These are the songs that no one will play.
