ProlougeA Chapter by FantasyWriterThe night played over and over again in Cheyenne's head as if it was a broken record player. She could hear gun shots screaming at her as if the night before was happening all over again. CHeyenne rubbed the bed softly realizing that she was along, but knowing she was secure in this house for one main reason, Riddel her boyfriend. She rolled over and looked at a picture standing on his night stand which reminded her of the first time they met. It was that first day that changed her life, ever since her eyes gazed upon his beat up jeans and strong face which was slightly emotionless. Even though he looked at her as if he was frozen in space, it had made an impression that Cheyenne could never let down. However it was late on a cold October day when they first met, the wind whistled slightly to the southeast at three miles per hour which made the sky fall with the colors of red, yellow, and orange. To her the world had just faded from the average green to the wonderful rainbow which most people have over looked all of their life. It was like one of those majestic love quotes that spoke about her life with delicate detail. He wasn't anything special but to her he was nothing more than perfect, he was the one that could leave an everlasting kiss that she could fell for days, it was like kissing a cold puff of air but yet warm like the sun on a windless day. His name was RIddel and it was unmistakeable. No one was exactly like him and no one ever will be, he could make her smile like no other person could. For the little time it took for her to make a crescent curvature on her lips would bring sheer happiness for at least a week to come. he was the only one who had these deep blue eyes that could sparkle in complete darkness which would make Cheyenee soul light up brighter than a light candle, his dark blonde hair which curves like the waves of the ocean on full moon night, but no matter what she would say to him, he would always deny his imperfections. This sweet loving guy who has a heart bigger than King Kong's fist has always been honest and never wanting more than the best for the two of them, not just himself. However to him she is that girl no guy like him should ever deserve. This little girl who stands at five- two smiles better than the Monalisa. She is his love story that he has read over and over again just to make every moment worth the time. Cheyenne standing literally a head shorter than Riddel says, "I love you" like an angel would flaps their wings heading to heaven, her voice is softer than a newborn baby's hand, it is also the ring of the bell that everyone hears. I t is something everyone wants to hear because it is beautiful like a sixty-nine Dodge Charger R/T. To be honest she isn't perfect and he knows this but to him if she was normal she would be someone that he wanted to be with. She has long brown hair which is is usually in a tight num tied in a tight bin with a hair tie, she had gorgeous brown eyes that show her complexion. With a single glance she has pierced his should and hooked him onto her love because her eyes have something about them. There special in there own little way, maybe it was the feeling of being wanted by that special someone who had made you feel like you were born once again. It had been the first time for the both of them to actually be willing to open ip and let someone in. Their love could over come any hardship sent their way. "we have all the time in the world," he whispered in her ear sending goose bumps up and down her spine and holders. She looked at him knowing he had lied because things were changing. "Just for Cheyennes sack," Riddel thought "we can't be separated and I cant explain it. I know nothing can pull us apart. To her he meant the world simply because he quit drinking , smoking, and popping pills just for her. To this petite girl absolutely nothing means more because no one had ever done that much for cheyenne at one time. "Promise me something," Cheyenne said while looking at Riddel with those wanting eyes that only he understood. "Ill promise you anything my dear but you have to promise me something first. Promise me that you will make every living moment count even if i'm not there with you, promise me you wont fret on the little things, and smile when you think about me. promise me this Poo Bear and ill promise you anything." As Cheyenne started to quiver with tears forming at her eyes, Riddel pulled her in feeling the warm salty tears hit his shoulder like they were meant to be there at that moment. Fr this simple reason that when he held her everything would get simpler as if all the worries in the world would just disappear. Even before Cheyenne could answer Riddel, he knew the answer was a yes. Forever had never felt so nice to Riddel even though forever was only like three to five minutes long, it was like something was etched into his brain like a finger has a finger print embedded into it. She was fifteen turning sixteen and he was seventeen but to them it wouldn't make a difference if she was four years younger because it is simply just a number and a number shouldn't affect love. Both of them were happy and that was all that mattered to them at this point. "Ill try Riddel but you know it will be haer than getting a blood stain out of carpet with water" Cheyenne stated. "If I had one last breath Cheyenne I would want to give it yo you, you are the one and only my world revolves around,"Riddel said "I just hope you see that."
