All I NeedA Poem by Faith AndersonSometimes when we are curious about choosing to sin and we are tempted, it becomes much easier to go through with it, and oftentimes it can be a trigger for it. Only God can help stop our fall.
i tiptoe near the hole
i lean forward to see how long it goes how dark it is could i use a match to light my way? i could tumble down and say it was an accident but will i break my body at the bottom? or will i keep falling until my body gives in? swirling in the murky waters of my mind before i can even decide, the ground beneath me gives way and i crumble in down the hole i go spiraling with nothing to grasp or catch nothing to stop my fall until i feel You rush to my aid and You raise me up like the feet of a deer, I am on solid ground again. I no longer look for the match to light my way for You are right in front of me.
