Reminder

Reminder

A Poem by Faith Anderson

when i wrap myself in the dark, cold cocoon of comfort
You are my reminder
to come out

You shine radiant beams of light
and warm amber glows through my eyelids
and i am softly woken up
to Your Glory

the restful silence fills the cool room
and i rise like you tell me to
i stride giddily to the window and i raise the shades
and i am reminded
of Your Great Love

Having a faith like this must be a great comfort Faith. You have expressed it well in these verses. I'm not a believer myself which certainly changes your perspective on life.
All the best
