Just a poem I wrote for the book "Anna Dressed in Blood." :33

Show the demons how to shine their light 
Shine it on the real you
So beautiful and bright

I thought I knew who was meant to be
Until you opened my eyes and allowed me to see
Brand new hope
Brand new love
It doesn't mean the damage is done

How foolish of me
To cry these tears
How foolish of me
To have these fears

But I was the first to say hello
Now I'm the one to let you go

But don't worry darling
Ill find you
And this time
I'm not alone

I enjoyed reading it, liked it even better when read out loud. Maybe have I read the book you say would I have understood it better? Also, maybe you meant "how foolish Of me"? or was it correctly written? Overall I really liked it, especially that "brand new hope... doesn't mean the damage is done" (which I should also ask, was it not "damage WASN'T done"?). Keep up the good work.
