Tears Uncontrollable

 

Please wipe the single tear falling down

From my eye.

Don’t feel guilty; you’ve done no crime.

Just say the words “I love You”

For the very last time.

Does it matter if I said it,

Would it make any difference to how we

Have departed.

I feel like you never considered the pain,

That I carried deep inside,

Putting a smile on my face.

“Look a smile, isn’t that what you

wanted from me.”

Smile, how can I when my tears are uncontrollable,

Hearing your name or seeing

A picture of you set me back to

How we once loved each other.

Here I am in land distant faraway, wiping a lonely tear,

As it falls down my cheek,

I don’t even bother to wipe it away because soon,

More tears come.

Don’t feel guilty; you’ve done no crime.

Just say goodbye.
