Ice Cream

Ice Cream

A Poem by Follan

In the mist,
I seek for I don't have,
Adventure,
Who are you ?
Are you thinking the same thing ?
Are you the one that is looking for their topping,
For their ice cream?
In this fog I hope you know that,
There's no more topping,
I wish I have more to say....
But I rather let my ice cream melt peacefully ,
Than keep it frozen in time,
Progress is all,
All the other sprinkles have been chewed,
Cherries in their pits,
Left alone,
But this rejection is my reality,
I seek for the topping I know that'll be found,
All in my heart,
I call out....
