The Hero of the story

Born to Live with pretentious glory

To make Him leave 

Even though it was so brief

He needs beliefs

Or proof of His existence

He desires

All the Raging fires

He need not trust

His Heart filled with tremendous lust

Rust of a Heart

Need it be so hard?

To look beyond 

And be fond

His strength is fading

Now He found Her

Does He love Her?

Will He leave Her?

They all tell Her

That His fate is Grim

It’s what He believes

It’s what he knew to be true

He starts to Cry

As She screams goodbye

Really passionate, I loved it.

[Coyote Poetry]

A very strong poem. The emotion of love was strong. The ending was very sad. To walk away alone make you feel alone and destitute. A excellent poem.
