Unwelcome

Another poem

I feel so unwelcome

Like I am hated

I stand here

Hollow and alone

I feel so unwelcome

My sight distorted

My hate un devoted 

My death must be near

My sorrow is undeniable

My fear is everlasting

I want to discard this empty vessel of a body

Just to be rid of the pain

Everywhere my heart longs to be close

Close to Ginny’s 

Maybe the pain would stop

Or maybe I’d just drop

I miss her so much

Would she even care?

I’m shaking from the pain that’s in my head

Oh I long to be dead

This damned rage

Hell, it feels like a cage

I wanna jump of this ledge.

Have I finally found the edge?

Again, this reminds me of the song "Exodus" by Evanescence... "Here in the shadows, I'm safe, I'm free, I've nowhere else to go, but I cannot stay where I don't belong..."

in times of grief, feeling unwelcome, like you're an outsider, happens. but whether you see it or not, there's always a place for you. you just have to find the strength to look past the grief and find it. and that place could be literally, a place, or a person. but you have to have the strength to push forward in order to find it. a great, yet angry poem

Being pissed off mean you are alive. I believe wisdom comes when you don't care what people think about you. Only person that should matter is the person looking back at you in the mirror. A poem filled with anger and the feel of needing to escape for a while. A very good poem.
