When I was a child

I had a smile

that I would not change

To a smile upside down

For that would be a frown

and I would look like a sad clown

but for her love was sweet and kind

a blessing from above her love

In ways I never thought of

I counted the blessings of her love

I thanked the Lord every day of my life

For having her in it and being my wife

life could not be any finer

If her name was Carolina

She is as pretty as a flower

That grows every hour

She would make me the happiest man on earth

for what that was worth

I would be above the clouds

and singing out loud

Carolina be my gal

for me no other could do

I made my choice

and you're the one

You can never make me blue

Because I love you

Dear Carolina be true

So we can live together as two

Join our hands together

as other couples do

we will become as one

In Holy Matrimony

A loving couple indeed

Me for you

and you for me

and thats the way its going to be.
