A soulful Prayer

blessings for ones soul

A soulful prayer for a friend

In need Let it sound to the mountains still

and valley low is where we will go

for God only knows

What this prayer will bring

to the sad soul who needs prayer 

this very day its urgent I must say

Let the hills and valley sing in praise

to God above and Let the Angels hear

Widen their ears let it's echo chamber 

Hear the sweet sounds of prayers all over the world

For before they go to bed they pray for world peace

and for their leaders of all the great nations

To do right by the people they serve

For It's not the me generation

for it's more about us

and what we can do together

With the Lord's trust

A nation under God

With liberty and justice for all

and scriptures written on our walls

At our university and places of higher learning

Where most people do their concerning

About the way we should

 

treat the people of our

 nation with open arms 

and blessings all day long

and peace at night times.
