Girl

Girl

A Poem by Falcon1
"

A special Person in my Life

"
Patty she was special girl for me
But her parents would not set her free
They told her straight out not to go for me
For I would break her heart in three
Now she is leaving me for that handsome guy
She just found with an invitation
To leave for Roman
now she is gone and I'm left all alone
Patty with my heart in three
You're the dreamboat for me
Can't you see how leaving me
have broken my heart in three
My Tears they do fall by the waste side
and my heart it does bleed in muddy waters and
By a cool water stream
Where we used to walk and talk and dream
But now my dreams are shattered Patty
because you left me blue
In side I have not where to run
no where to hide my pride is broken inside
So I turned it all over to the Lord of host
before I tried too meet others
Some Girls I though were very sweet
I had to put my mind over the matter
If I had no mind It just didn't matter
For I will continue to go on without you Patty
But after all my dreams were spent on you
and many years have passed me by
I still think of your beauty and cry
What could of been mine
now belongs to another guy
Here I am sad and alone
With no real place to call my home
Because a house is not a home
without true love in it shared by two
I dreamed of it being me and you Patty Girl

Your words true and blue my friend. When our beloved is lost and we are alone. Lonely days for us. Thank you my friend for sharing the amazing poetry.
