Tonight is my night for loving You

The story of Love

It's Times like these

I want to tell a story

Of Love and all its glory

I meet this woman 6 months ago

She had told me she loved me so

We were taking it really slow

The more we talked 

The more we got to know

About the feeling that showed

For one and other

Before we found ourselves

Getting to Close

Or even under the covers

her Perfume sure did smell fine

I wanted to get closer all the time

I known In time she would be my Girl friend

Because Our Love was Blind

and she had showed me much kindness

Which helped my spiritual blindness

To the real her and the oneness we felt

was a curious thought

Feeling of love were between us not

we Calculated a love that could 

Last forever and ever

against all odds

People said we could get along ok

But other stubborn friends got in our way

Then her teardrops began to fall

We ran into loves walls

a Breakup to makeup

That's all we could do

You loved me than hated me

It's a game for two

But this love story continued on and on

We belonged together or so we thought

Other people thought not

Stories of our breakup

Made for headline news

The board cast was watched by millions

Of viewers like me and you

The truth comes out what are we to do

The end is near and it is now quit clear

You and I will never be a couple not ever

You were so sly but not so clever

I was the shy one could not stand the public scrutiny

Thinking the love game was for Two to play

But when the crowds come a calling

for our stories to be told

In the public squares of time

You went your way

and I went Mine

and our love was written up

as a blind love

that ended up so unkind.
