The WatcherA Poem by R.A. Youngblood
When will the winter rain in your mind fall to its eternal rest?
As I am speaking up and coming out from my old shell, Lack of trust is faking your voice, strangling my words away. Open your eyes and look at mine With memories of weeping your hours away, Above the conscious heart and yearning soul. Having the source of pure embracement, True hearts will flare out due to their beatings And bleed out lakes while never surrendering their hopes. Don't be hindered to try and release yourself As I'll always be your watcher, bathing in warm seas, Eluding mass drownings and whispering In your non inquisitive ears that my promises are real. © 2018 R.A.
