Binded plaits

Binded plaits

A Poem by R.A. Youngblood

The blue smoke is trapped in your eyes
While the sorrow is dwelling in your mind,
When the fairies hear your midnight cries
To your heart their plaits they bind.

The skies are despairingly looking upon your tired eyes,
The wind is doleful when it sees your frozen hands.
Hiding not anything from you, nor truths nor lies,
Even when you're thirsty still it will caress the sands.

Someone already has the same weight as you
And fear consumes their heads for always caring too much,
But also they hope your hearts won't someday exist as two
While their love is radiating wider just to feel your touch.

Thank you :D
Not sure whether this one is directed to any particular individual or as general comfort to all people, but the rhyming and imagery are beautiful and the sense of compassion overflows. Well done.
