Divine desert

Divine desert

A Poem by R.A. Youngblood

Veil of sand is warming up my feet and the
Bits of light are stretching through that small patch of sky.
I hear the whispers of an anemone bloom
Floating through the sinfully beautiful desert.
My will is strong as a glance of a fearless Basilisk,
Who's making sacred trails in the balmy sand.
At night I can see another sphere calling my senses,
Every gleaming star is connected to create a map of luminous veins
Across the showers of deepening blue colors in the sky.
The desert is showing me divine happiness behind the streaks of loneliness.
