Questioning the wrong way

Questioning the wrong way

A Poem by R.A. Youngblood

Sometimes my mind puzzle things up.
Sometimes I just wanna go forwards,
But I still step back.
I wonder why.
What blinds my happiness?
What blinds my mind?
I'm so confused,
All these answers are hard to find.
I'm drowning in my own animus.
It's just hard to find the right doorway,
Feeling so lost.
It's f*****g blind.
My feelings are drawing crazy,
In colours.
My mind is drawing slow,
In black.
It sucks the feelings in
Its black pot.
Hand with ladle mixes.
The pain is enormous,
Why is it doing this to me?

No one to blame when things are going bad. Sometimes circumstance seems to gang up on a person. The trick is learning to deal with it and move onward and upward. I liked the honesty in this poem, but thought the cursing did nothing to add to the meaning. I guess you used the word for emphasis though. Lydi**
