Edge of the world

Edge of the world

A Poem by R.A. Youngblood

At the edge of the world you and I were standing,
That moment our souls were demanding.
I felt like it was some kind of redemption,
I couldn't feel the stronger affection.
Everything was a glowing light,
And there was no depth or height.
Were we in another dimension?
Like it was a new world invention.
Sweet like a bubble gum,
Again I want this dream to come.
As a neverland rainbow train,
Fast like a cold winter rain.

I appreciate that, thanks.
Rhyme for me doesn't always work, unless the last word of one line rhymes with first word of next line, instead of at the end. but loved neverland rainbow train.

Romantic and lovely. Maybe internal rhyme would work better instead of external for this poem. Overall, nice work :)
